Survey Services Since 1985, CLD has maintained in-house land survey capabilities, which not only serve and support the needs of our firm's design products, but also result in numerous independent survey assisgnments.CLD's Surveyor Team utilizes both Total Station and Robotic Survey equipment, which gives us the ability to provide final base mapping and contouring in a format compatible with all CADD design systems currently available. We also have state-of-the-art Global Positioning Systems (GPS) survey capabilities in-house that are performed using Lecia System 300 Dual-frequency receivers. CLD routinely provides our clients with a full scope of boundary survey activities, from the initial deed research through the establishment and marking of boundaries, to preparing material suitable for filing in the County Registry of Deeds.
