Roch is a Senior Project Manager at CLD where he has been for 18 years. He brings over 20 years experience, along with strong organizational and project management skills, as well as a diverse technical and design background. Roch has been involved with NHSPE since 2000, and is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, NH Good Roads Association and the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Roch currently manages one of CLD's transportation teams which focuses primarily on heavy reconstruction projects for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) and the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT), as well as large and small roadway reconstruction projects for various municipalities and private entities throughout the region.

Dan is a Project Engineer and has worked at CLD for 6 years. He has over 11 years experience, with a varied background that includes roadway design and traffic engineering. He has worked on all aspects of roadway design projects in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. He is proficient in the design of roadway drainage systems and the implementation of best management practices. In addition, Dan has a strong background in traffic engineering and has substantial experience in the analysis and design of both signalized and unsignalized intersections. Dan has been involved with NHSPE since 2003, and is also a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, ACEC/Maine, and The Order of the Engineer.
