CLD Consulting Engineers, Inc. (CLD) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the intellectual property and information assets of True Engineering, Inc. of Bedford, NH.

In over a decade of existence, Tom True, P.E., Founder, and the True Engineering, Inc. staff have served numerous clients and projects with survey, design and permitting in Northern New England.

 “We are very excited to have worked with Tom to establish a new home for his company’s history and product. Our common mission has been to affect a seamless service transition for True’s client base, enhanced by the depth of resources CLD can bring to bear”, said Ken Rhodes, P.E., Senior Vice-President of CLD. “All of CLD extends our best hopes for success to Tom and his family as they go forward on their next adventure.”

CLD will welcome two of True’s staff, Brian Pratt, P.E., LSIT, and Dan Linzell, LSIT, to CLD’s Manchester office. Brian and Dan will continue to work on their current assignments, consistent with the goal of seamless client service.
