CLD Contracted for Design of the Village at Bellamy Common
CLD Consulting Engineers, Inc. of Manchester, NH - August 10, 2001 - MIST Development LLC of Hampton has contracted with CLD Consulting Engineers, Inc. of York, Maine for Site Design and Permitting for the Village at Bellamy Common, a Condominium Complex in Dover, New Hampshire. CLD is working in conjunction with Civilworks, Inc. of Dover on the project. The complex will include forty-six detached single family homes on a 15-acre property adjacent to Bellamy Park. The homes will each have approximately 1,800 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and two car garages. "This project will fill a niche that is currently under-represented in the Dover residential market," said Steve Stancel, Dover Planning Director. The owners are also currently working with City Officials to establish a trail network and install playground equipment at the nearby Bellamy Park.
