Bear left at the split – 101 West/Manchester – 93 South/Boston. 2. Bear right at next split – 293 North/Manchester Airport – 101 West/Bedford. 3. Go past the Mall of New Hampshire on the left. 4. Go over the Merrimack River. 5. Bear right at the split onto 293 North/Manchester-Concord. 6. Take Exit 5. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Granite Street. 7. Go across Granite Street Bridge. 8. At first traffic light, turn left onto Commercial Street. 9. Go straight on Commercial Street for approximately ½ mile. 10. Pass under a steel girder bridge. 11. Take the second left after the bridge into driveway for 540 Commercial Street. 12. CLD Visitor spaces are available in front of building. There is also on-street metered parking. 13. CLD’s entrance is through the South 540 Entry. We are located on the third floor. From US Route 3 – Everett Turnpike (Nashua) 1. Follow Route 3 North which merges into I-293. 2. Take Exit 5. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Granite Street. 3. Go across Granite Street Bridge. 4. At first traffic light, turn left onto Commercial Street. 5. Follow US Route 1 for 1 mile, bearing left at the fork in the road. CLD is located on the right. You will see a green Park Place Corporate Center sign and a green CLD sign over the door. CLD’s offices are on the first floor. From I-95 North 1. Take I-95 towards Kittery/Boston. 2. Take Exit 7 off the Maine Turnpike towards US Route 1/Route 91 (York/The Berwicks). 3. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. 4. Turn right onto US Route 1. 5. Follow US Route 1 for 1 mile, bearing left at the fork in the road. CLD is located on the right.
