We believe this report will be of significant value to the Agency, the Rutland Regional Planning Commission, and the Transportation Advisory Committee. We also believe that the findings and recommendations are responsive to the local concerns raised, and that there are reasonable and permittable solutions to the region's existing and future transportation needs.
